About the Role
Come and join us as a Front of House Team Member at Premier Inn Lincoln City Centre! In this welcoming role, you’ll be the friendly face of our hotel, using your customer service skills to create a warm, inviting experience for guests from their check-in onwards. You may be serving meals, creating cocktails, or working alongside housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready—making every moment memorable.
No prior experience is needed. This is the perfect entry point into the hospitality business at one of the UK’s leading companies, Whitbread.
What You’ll Do
- Use your passion for customer service to delight guests and build positive experiences.
- Welcome guests, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and provide excellent front-of-house support.
- Work flexibly—whether assisting with cocktails, meal service or collaborating with housekeeping to maintain high standards.
- Play your part in creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for every visitor.
