Ground Floor - Team Member
Front of House – Farnborough Town Centre Premier Inn
We're currently recruiting at our Farnborough Premier Inn, offering a 16-hour-per-week contract with a starting pay rate of up to £13.06 per hour.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Front of House Team Member to welcome guests and ensure they feel at home from the moment they check in. This role involves providing outstanding customer service, from checking guests in, preparing cocktails, serving meals, and collaborating with housekeeping to ensure rooms are perfectly ready for arrival. No prior experience needed – just bring your smile and passion for hospitality! Immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to create a welcoming and relaxing experience for all guests.
- Handle check-ins/outs efficiently while maintaining a friendly attitude.
- Prepare and serve food/drinks, including speciality cocktails.
- Work closely with housekeeping to ensure rooms meet our high standards.
- Support the team in maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing front desk area.
