Front of House Team Member – Premier Inn, Colchester Town Centre
Location: Premier Inn, Colchester Town Centre – St Peters Street, Colchester, Essex, CO1 1EW Contract Type: Permanent – No zero-hours contracts Hours: 15 hours per week Hourly Rate: Up to £13.06 per hour
About the Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll welcome guests with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. From check-in hospitality to helping prepare cocktails, assisting with meals, or teaming up with housekeeping, your role keeps every guest smiling right from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities
Your duties may include, but aren’t limited to:
- Welcoming guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Handling check-ins/check-outs efficiently and courteously.
- Assisting with general front-of-house tasks including:
- Serving meals and drinks with friendly service.
- Supporting housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for guests. -Promptly resolving guest enquiries and concerns.
- Contributing to the overall high standards of Premier Inn’s guest experience.
- Cooperating with team members to deliver consistent, exceptional hospitality.
