Front of House – Hub by Premier Inn London Clerkenwell Hotel
We're currently recruiting at our 80 Farringdon Road, London, EC1R 3AE location. Working 30 hours per week, at a pay rate of up to £14.56 per hour.
About the Role
Join us as a Front of House Team Member at Hub by Premier Inn London Clerkenwell hotel. In this role, you will be the friendly face of Premier Inn, welcoming guests and ensuring they feel at ease from the moment they check in. Use your brilliant personality and customer service skills to:
- Welcome guests
- Prepare and serve cocktails or meals
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms are immaculate
- Provide an enjoyable and memorable experience for all hotel guests
This is an immediate start opportunity perfect for those without prior experience.

Responsibilities
As a Front of House Team Member, your focus will be to utilise your passion for customer service in this pivotal role:
- Warmly welcome and assist all hotel guests
- Ensure guests have a comfortable and valued stay from check-in to check-out
- Work within a dynamic team to enhance our guests’ overall experience
- Maintain the highest standards of service and presentation throughout the premises
