Location: Thornton Rd, Pickering, YO18 7HZ Working Hours: 30 hours per week Pay: Up to £13.06 per hour Contract: Permanent (no zero-hours contracts) Immediate start: Yes – no previous experience needed
About the Role
Come and join the Pickering Premier Inn as a Ground Floor Team Member! As the welcoming face of our hotel, you’ll use your enthusiasm and customer service skills to ensure guests feel at ease from check-in to checkout. Whether it’s handing out keys, serving breakfast, bartending, or working alongside housekeeping to prepare perfect rooms, we want someone who makes great hospitality happen naturally.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests with a warm smile and exceptional customer service
- Assist with check-ins, room assignments, and guiding guests to their rooms
- Support housekeeping to ensure a flawless ready-to-go room service
- Serve drinks, prepare cocktails, and handle food orders
- Be part of one of the UK’s leading hospitality brands, Whitbread
