Ground Floor Team Member – Manchester Airport (Heald Green) Premier Inn
About the Role
Come and join our Front of House Team at Premier Inn Manchester Airport (Heald Green). Become the friendly face of our hotel by welcoming guests with enthusiasm and exceptional service. Work as part of a team to ensure guests feel at ease from check-in, whether you’re crafting cocktails, serving meals, or tidying rooms for flawless presentation.
No experience is required for this role.
Job Details
- Pay Rate: Up to £13.06 per hour
- Contract Type: Fixed Term (until 03/09/2026); no zero-hours contracts
- Hours: 22 hours per week
- Location: Finney Lane, Wythenshawe, Stockport SK8 3QA

Your Responsibilities
As a Premier Inn Front of House Team Member, you’ll:
- Deliver friendly and efficient guest check-in and check-out services
- Offer 5-star customer service, tailored to each guest’s needs
- Assist in preparing and serving room service, cocktails, and meals
- Work closely with the housekeeping team to maintain room standards
- Support team-building activities and contribute to a positive guest experience
