Ground Floor - Team Member
Front of House – Manchester Old Trafford
Come and be a Front of House Team Member at Premier Inn in Manchester Old Trafford. Working 15 hours per week, with a pay rate of up to £13.06 per hour, this is a great opportunity to kickstart a career in hospitality.
About the Role
As the friendly face of our hotel, you’ll use your customer service skills and personality to welcome guests and ensure they feel at home from check-in.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and checkout
- Assist with check-ins and checkouts, including room assignments
- Support the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for guests
- Join in with meal service or cocktail preparation to enhance guest experience
- Provide general assistance and ensure a seamless stay
