Front of House Team Member – London Victoria Premier Inn
Role Description
Come and be the friendly face of London Victoria Premier Inn. As a Front of House Team Member, your fun personality and customer service skills will welcome guests and ensure they restart at ease from the moment they check in. You could be making cocktails, serving meals, or teaming up with housekeeping to get rooms ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner
- Provide customer service at the front desk, including check-ins, check-outs and handling reservations
- Serve food and beverages in a friendly, efficient way
- Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are spotless and ready for guests
- Additional duties as required by the hotel

Your Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Up to £14.56 per hour
Contract: Fixed term until August 2026 (No zero-hour contracts!)
Hours: 20 hours per week
Location: 82–83 Eccleston Square Off, 55 Gillingham St, London SW1V 1PS
