Front of House Team Member – Edinburgh (South Queensferry) – Premier Inn
Location: Edinburgh (South Queensferry) Premier Inn
Hours: 24 per week Pay Rate: Up to £13.56 per hour Contract: Permanent (no zero-hours contracts!)
About the Role
Come join the Front of House Team at Premier Inn Edinburgh (South Queensferry) as a welcoming and friendly guest-focussed team member. We need someone with a passionate, customer-service attitude to help our guests have a great experience from check-in to checkout—whether you’re serving cocktails, meals, or working alongside housekeeping to ensure rooms are perfect.
No prior experience needed—immediate start available!
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist guests with check-in, registration, and accommodations
- Provide outstanding service by taking check-outs, resolving requests, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Work flexibly across roles like reception, concierge, and food & beverage service
- Support hotel operations with reception duties, teamwork, and operational excellence
- Foster a welcoming team environment, where everyone’s strengths are valued
