Front of House – Hotel Team Member at Premier Inn • Newark

Location: Newark Premier Inn, Lincoln Rd, Newark-on-Trent NG24 2DB Contract Type: Permanent Hours per Week: 18 Quarterly Pay Rate: Up to £13.06 per hour


Come and join our Front of House Team at Premier Inn Newark. As the friendly face of the hotel, your role will be all about welcoming guests and ensuring they feel at home from the moment they arrive.

Dealing with check-ins, serving meals, crafting cocktails, and working closely with housekeeping staff to perfect rooms are all part of the fun—and best of all? No prior experience is required! There’s an immediate start available.

The role in detail

Your tasks

As a Front of House member at Premier Inn Newark, you’ll:

  • Deliver friendly, professional check-ins and check-outs for guests.
  • Assist with meal and drink service (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bar service).
  • Assist our housekeeping team in preparing rooms and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Handle daily housekeeping tasks such as bed making, room refreshes, and welcome amenities.
  • Engage with guests in a warm and personable manner: smile, take time, and add a personal touch.
