Ground Floor Team Member – Gloucester (Quayside) Premier Inn
We're recruiting now at Premier Inn – Gloucester (Quayside) for a Ground Floor Team Member, working 16 hours per week at up to £13.06 per hour.
Come and be the friendly face of our hotel, welcoming guests who want to rest easy.
About the Role
Use your fun personality and customer service skills to deliver exceptional experiences from check-in onwards. Work across cocktail service, meal service, and housekeeping duties to ensure our guests leave feeling well-rested and happy.

Responsibilities & Duties
As a Ground Floor Team Member, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests. Your responsibilities include: • Providing wholehearted customer service from check-in to room setup • Serving room service meals, cocktails, and other refreshments • Assisting with housekeeping tasks to maintain exceptional room standards • Creating welcoming, hassle-free experiences that make guests feel valued
