Ground Floor Team Member
Front of House – Birmingham NEC/ Airport Premier Inn
Working 32 hours per week at up to £13.06 per hour (Permanent – no zero hours contracts!), we’re recruiting for Front of House Team Members at our Premier Inn in Birmingham NEC/ Airport.
Location: Bickenhill Parkway, Birmingham B40 1QA
About the Role
As the friendly face of the hotel, you’ll welcome guests and ensure they feel at ease from check-in. Tasks may include:
- Making cocktails or serving meals
- Collaborating with housekeeping to perfect guest rooms
- Delivering exceptional customer service with your personality
