Ground Floor - Team Member
Front of House Team Member – London Victoria Premier Inn London Victoria, SW1V 1PS | 20 hours per week | Up to £14.56/hour | Until August 2026
About the Role: Be the welcoming face of Whitbread’s London Victoria Premier Inn, combining a friendly personality with outstanding customer service to ensure guests feel at home. Whether suggested drinks, serving meals, or collaborating with housekeeping to perfect rooms, this role plays a pivotal part in delivering exceptional hospitality. No experience required—just an eagerness to join a leading hospitality team.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver exceptional Front of House support, from welcoming guests to checking them in with a smile
- Serve meals and beverages, ensuring privacy and friendly service
- Collaborate with housekeeping to maintain impeccable guest room standards
- Assist with weekend and event bookings, ensuring seamless check-ins
- Provide swift, professional responses to guest requests with warm hospitality
