Ground Floor Team Member – London County Hall Premier Inn Location: County Hall, Belvedere Rd, London SE1 7PB
Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly personality and exceptional customer service, setting the tone for their stay.
- Help create a comfortable experience for guests, including:
- Assisting with check-in procedures.
- Serving meals or preparing cocktails if desired.
- Collaborating with housekeeping to ensure rooms are perfect and ready for guests.
- Represent the hotel’s brand as a welcoming, reliable, and supportive team member.
Key Details
- Pay Rate: Up to £14.56 per hour
- Hours: 30 per week
- Contract Type: Fixed Term (until 03/09/2026) – no zero-hour contracts!
- Experience Required: None – immediate start welcomed for enthusiasts of customer service.
