Location: Tattershall Lakes Country Park, Lincolnshire (LN4 6LR)
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Job Type: Seasonal
About the Role
At Away Resorts, we’re redefining what holiday parks can be. As one of our 27 parks and resorts across the UK, Tattershall Lakes is the showpiece we’ve aimed for and exceeded. Our mission is to deliver exceptional experiences, and we need a Grounds Assistant to ensure every inch of our park shines—as well as the tasks you’ll perform:
- Maintain entrance signage to admission paths
- Manage the back fence and other landscaping
- Cutting, maintaining, renewing, and improving grounds

Key Responsibilities
As a Grounds Assistant, you’ll join a dedicated team to maintain the park in pristine condition with the Grounds Manager:
- Grass cutting and strimming of defined areas
- Tasked with planting and weeding, keeping aesthetics stunning
- (Note: Hours will include weekends and bank holidays to meet demand during tourist season)
Essential Skills & Qualities
We don’t just want workers—we’re looking for someone with the following:
- An understanding of Health & Safety at work
- A full driving licence is required (park is large and park-specific travel is needed)
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a keen eye for quality
- Strong customer service with an unfailing positivity
- High standards of craftsmanship—the detail matters to our guests
