About the Role
Join our One Great Team at Haven as a Grounds & Garden Team Member! Share your passion for gardening and grounds upkeep by enhancing outdoor spaces, creating unforgettable experiences for guests.
Position Details
- Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal
- Pay Rates: Up to £12.71 per hour, depending on age
Key Responsibilities
team to maintain the park and grounds to the highest standard, including:
- Caring for flower beds, borders, and landscaped areas, plus external jet washing.
- Ensuring a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment by upkeeping all grounds and facilities—including gas bottle delivery.
- Enhancing guest experience by keeping gardens, green spaces, and outdoor areas vibrant, tidy, and in top condition throughout the year.

Requirements
- Previous gardening/landscape/horticulture experience is valuable but not essential (training provided).
- A genuine interest in gardening, landscaping, or outdoor work.
- Basic plant knowledge, such as weed identification, pruning, and seasonal care.
- Familiarity with tools and equipment like mowers, strimmers, and hedge trimmers.
- Ability to work across all weather conditions and handle physical tasks.
- Full valid driving license required.
- Must be 18 years or older (due to machinery safety).
