What We’re Looking For
- Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping, or a willingness to learn and grow in the field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
- Comfortable with using technology and basic mobile devices
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service to people of all backgrounds

What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintaining communal green spaces that are welcoming for everyone
- Engaging with residents from diverse backgrounds and delivering high-quality service
- Operating equipment such as mowers, hedge cutters, and brush cutters (training provided)
- Traveling across Wednesbury and surrounding areas, ensuring safe and well-maintained environments
Additional Requirements
- A Basic DBS check will be required to ensure a secure environment
- A UK driving license (van sharing in most cases)
