What We’re Looking For
- Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping, or willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
- Comfortable using technology and basic mobile devices
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service to people of all backgrounds

Responsibilities
- Maintain communal green spaces welcoming to all residents
- Engage with diverse residents, delivering high-quality service
- Operate equipment such as mowers, hedge cutters, and brush cutters (training provided)
- Travel across the West of England ensuring safe and well-maintained environments
Additional Requirements
- Due to the nature of the role, a Basic DBS check is required for security.
- A UK driving licence (van sharing in most cases).
