About the Role
Pinnacle Group is seeking a diligent Grounds Maintenance Operative to ensure our outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing. You will join our Soft FM Grounds Maintenance teams, based in Chesham, and travel to sites across Hertfordshire and Northwest London.
Our Soft Facilities Management division provides essential services to homes, schools, universities, and public sector organizations, including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments with a commitment to quality, community impact, and customer care.
Responsibilities
- Mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting, weeding, and general landscape upkeep of housing sites (new builds, extra care sites, and sheltered accommodation).
- Safely operating machinery such as mowers, strimmers, and leaf blowers, along with maintaining tools and equipment.
- Driving company vehicles to transport equipment and access multiple sites as required.
- Performing seasonal duties like leaf clearing, frost protection, or preparing sites for different weather conditions.

Requirements
- A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
- Experience in using gardening power tools.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and safety procedures.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
