Grounds Maintenance Operative
Location: Grangemouth, FK39XH
Salary: Above Real living wage
Contract Type: Temporary Works - 6 weeks
Typical Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

We’re looking for reliable and skilled Grounds Maintenance Operatives to support the delivery of high-quality grounds services across Grangemouth, Bo'ness Road. If you take pride in your work, understand the importance of health and safety, and want to be part of a professional and well-managed team, we want to hear from you!
What you’ll do:
- Carrying out routine and specialist grounds maintenance tasks including grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, spraying, pruning, and litter picking.
- Operating a range of equipment and machinery safely and effectively.
- Maintaining tools, vehicles, and PPE to a high standard and reporting any defects.
- Recording completed work using mobile technology (training provided).
- Working collaboratively with your team to meet quality and performance targets.

What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar grounds maintenance role.
- A good understanding of health & safety procedures and safe equipment use.
- Full UK driving license (preferred).
- Spraying qualifications (PA1 & PA6).
- A proactive, professional attitude and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
