Provide general gardening, cleaning and grounds-maintenance services across estates, ensuring high standards, safe working practices, and good customer interaction.
Your new role
- Grounds maintenance across gardens and communal areas
- Customer interaction and reporting issues (repairs, fly-tipping, graffiti, safeguarding)
- Safe equipment use including PPE, COSHH and incident reporting
- Vehicle checks and keeping vehicles clean and compliant
- Accurate recording of work and inspections

- Grounds-maintenance experience
- Knowledge of lawn, shrub and plant care
- Ability to work physically and safely
- Good customer-service skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Understanding of COSHH, PPE and Health & Safety
