Be one of our first Grounds Maintenance Operative at our new Riverstone residence at Bishops Avenue, near to Hampstead Heath, which is due to open later this year.

- Love being outside, whether you have a hosepipe, watering can, leaf blower or broom in hand and take real pride in the spaces you look after
- Have grounds/'yard man'/gardening maintenance working experience

Key responsibilities of the Grounds Maintenance/Custodian include
- Ensure the grounds and gardens are immaculately presented and maintained, working with our gardener, maintenance team and 3rd party suppliers and contractors as required
- Site Cleanliness, for example transporting and emptying commercial waste bins
- Seasonal Maintenance, such as clearing fallen leaves in autumn and performing winter duties like snow clearance or gritting pathways
- Complete scheduled checks of the Residence including statutory compliance
A rewarding role
- Starting salary up to £30,000 gross (pa) based on experience, plus performance-related bonus.
- 40-hour week, Monday to Friday.
