Grounds Maintenance Operatives: Swindon
We are looking for Grounds Maintenance Operatives, based along the M4 corridor, with a focus on candidates from between Swindon and Slough.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities include:
- Grass/lawn cutting
- Litter picking
- Strimming
- Edging
- Hedge cutting
- Weed control
- Operation of mowers and powered tools
- Assisting with general landscape labour duties as directed

Requirements
✅ Must have a valid Driver’s Licence (essential) ✅ Experience in grounds maintenance is a must ✅ Reliability is critical—forging a long-term partnership with our business ✅ Availability from ASAP ✅ Must be willing to work within Swindon/Slough region

Pay & Conditions
- Hourly Wage: Up to GBP15.35 (depends on qualifications/skills)
- Hours: Flexible, typically 7AM–4PM (summer) / 7AM–2PM (winter)—adjustable based on preference
- Immediate Start
- 4 positions available
