Grounds Maintenance Team Leader: BS35

Garden maintenance team leaders are required by one of the area's leading Horticulture and Grounds maintenance specialists for an immediate start.

Duties

  • Being a charge hand leading a team of 2/3 operatives
  • Carrying out duties such as:
    • Hedge cutting
    • Strimming
    • Using pedestrian mowers and ride-ons
    • Grass cutting/maintenance
    • Weed control
    • All general grounds maintenance duties

Requirements

  • Experience and a Driver's License are essential
  • We require candidates to have good experience and knowledge of the industry
  • PA1/PA6 is also strongly desired but not essential

Work Locations

Our client works on sites such as:

  • Schools
  • Business parks
  • Industrial estates
  • Housing developments

Benefits

The role will be made permanent after a 3-month probation if all goes well. Some of the benefits if you go permanent are:

  • Overtime after 3.30 pm
