Are you an experienced Grounds Maintenance/Waste Cleansing Operative looking for a hands-on role where your work has a visible impact every day? Join Bromford Flagship LiveWest (BFL) and help keep our neighbourhoods clean, safe, and welcoming.
💰 What You’ll Get
- £27,976 per year with annual pay review

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
- Clearing bulk waste, fly-tipping, and abandoned items safely and efficiently
- Emptying and removing waste from communal areas and housing blocks
- Clearing empty properties and gardens in preparation for new residents
- Sorting and disposing of waste correctly in line with environmental regulations
- Driving a van or tipper truck (up to 3.5 tonnes) to licensed tips and recycling facilities
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness across our housing communities
- Occasionally supporting grounds maintenance duties, such as grass cutting and hedge trimming

🧩 What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Waste Operative or in environmental services
- Resilient, reliable, and physically fit for outdoor work
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
- Willing to undergo a Basic DBS check (arranged by Bromford)
