Location: Delamere Lakes, CW8 2HB
Salary: £20,436 per annum (Pro rata)
Hours: 30 hours per week
Job Type: Seasonal, fixed-term contract
Season: 3 months, immediate start available

What You’ll Do
As a Grounds Person, you will:
- Carry out grounds maintenance to the highest standards, including mowing, trimming, hedge cutting, weed spraying, gritting, and general gardening
- Identify and proactively resolve grounds issues across park and communal areas to uphold high presentation standards
- Work within a team to maintain the park’s appearance and functionality, supporting development projects as needed
- Follow Health & Safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for staff, guests, and owners
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on team player who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in their work. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience in grounds maintenance, including mowing, hedge cutting, and general landscaping
- A practical approach
- A valid full UK driving licence
- Awareness of Health & Safety regulations and a commitment to working safely
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and proactive attitude
- Experience with grounds maintenance equipment is beneficial (spraying or tree work qualifications are a plus, but training will be provided if needed)
