Smith's Wood Primary Academy
Smith's Wood Primary Academy is seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, and hardworking Grounds and Site Assistant to join our dedicated team.
This is a new and exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining attractive, safe, and engaging environments for children.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the care and development of our extensive outdoor learning provision, including the allotment, sensory garden, and pond area. They will also support the overall management of the academy site through conducting weekly outdoor play equipment inspections, undertaking grounds maintenance, ensuring site security, and carrying out a range of general site duties.

- Enjoys working outdoors in all seasons.
- Has experience of grounds maintenance, gardening, landscaping, or site work.
- Takes pride in maintaining high standards.
- Can work independently and use their initiative.
- Is reliable, flexible, and hardworking.
