Requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable and good timekeeping
- Team player who enjoys practical work
- Must hold a valid driving licence or be able to reliably travel to site independently
- Happy working outdoors in all-weather conditions
- GCSE in Maths (grade 9-4)
- GCSE in English (grade 9-4)
- CSCS Card (or willing to work towards getting one)
- Must have lived in the UK for at least 3 years and have the right to work
- Most of your work will be outdoors
- You’ll need to be able to travel to Milton Keynes and different site locations
- Early starts and physical, hands-on work are part of the job

Responsibilities
- Work alongside experienced groundworkers, learning hands-on skills
- Digging foundations and preparing sites
- Installing drainage and pipe systems
- Pouring and finishing concrete
- Laying paving, kerbs, and pathways
- Using tools and equipment safely
- Keeping sites clean, safe, and organised
