Coinford are looking for experienced Groundworkers, Roads & External Drainage to join our team on a major residential project in Hackney.

We have long-term work available, 10 hours paid per day, competitive rates, and a steady pipeline of work for the right people.

If you take pride in your work, turn up every day, and can deliver high-quality infrastructure works, we want to hear from you.

The Work

You will be involved in a range of roads, drainage and external works activities including:

  • Installation of road formation and sub-base
  • Kerbing and edgings
  • Drainage installation, including deep drainage
  • Installation of manholes, covers and frames
  • Road and footway construction works
  • Ducting and service installation
  • Working to drawings, levels and specifications
  • Operating safely around plant and machinery
  • Supporting site teams to progress Stage 1 infrastructure works

What We're Looking For

  • Valid CSCS Card
  • Proven groundwork, roads and sewers experience
  • Experience working on residential infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of levels and quality standards
  • Good attitude and reliable attendance
  • Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team
  • Valid Right to Work in the UK
