Groundworks Supervisor (Sizewell C) Ballycommon Sizewell C
About the Role
We are currently recruiting an experienced Groundworks Supervisor to join a major civils package on the Sizewell C nuclear new build project. This is a key supervisory role overseeing groundworks gangs on a high-compliance, safety-critical site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate groundworks gangs delivering drainage, ducting, concrete, earthworks, and associated civils
- Ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with RAMS and site procedures
- Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks, and task supervision
- Monitor productivity, quality, and programme targets
- Liaise with Site Management, Engineers, and subcontractors
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and site compliance

Requirements
- CSCS Gold Supervisor Card
- SSSTS
- CITB HSE Supervisor (SUPS)
- Proven experience supervising groundworks gangs on large civil or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of health & safety and permit-controlled environments
- Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively on site

Desirable
- Previous experience on major infrastructure or energy projects
- Familiarity with strict compliance and reporting standards
