Teamforce Labour are currently looking for an experienced Groundwork Supervisor for immediate start in Ruislip.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme.
  • Oversee drainage and utility works, ensuring compliance with client specifications and industry standards.
  • Manage and coordinate site operatives, subcontractors, and plant.
  • Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Complete site documentation, including permits, daily records, and progress reports.
  • Liaise with the client, local authorities, and other stakeholders as required.
  • Conduct site briefings, toolbox talks, and ensure safe systems of work are followed.
  • Identify and resolve on-site issues to minimise delays and maintain productivity.
  • Provide a smooth handover with the existing supervisor before taking full responsibility for the role.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience as a GW Supervisor within the utilities or water industry.
  • Strong Drainage Experience (essential).
  • EUSR Water Hygiene – Modules 1 & 2 (essential).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage site teams and maintain high standards of safety and quality.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
