Group Account Director

We're thrilled to be working with an award-winning independent integrated marketing agency with an exceptional reputation for building long-term partnerships with global B2B brands. Rather than chasing quick wins, they pride themselves on becoming a genuine extension of their clients' marketing teams, with many relationships spanning well over a decade.

Their client portfolio includes internationally recognised organisations across technology, cyber security and financial services, delivering strategic campaigns, digital experiences and integrated marketing programmes across the UK and Europe.

As the agency continues to grow, they're looking to appoint a Group Account Director to play a key role within their Client Services team. This is an opportunity to join an ambitious agency where you'll have genuine influence over major client relationships, whilst helping to develop the next generation of Client Services talent.

The Role

This is a senior leadership role within the Client Services team, taking ownership of a portfolio that includes some of the agency's largest and most strategically important client accounts.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
