Are you a commercially-minded entrepreneurial leader who thrives on growing client partnership and unlocking new opportunities? Do you love building trusted relationships with senior clients, spotting opportunities others miss and delivering work that genuinely moves the needle? Then this could be for you. But this isn't a traditional Group Account Director role. You'll act as the commercial lead across Client Services, driving growth across our existing client portfolio while strengthening Tommy's partnership with ZEAL to unlock new opportunities across the wider group.

Working Pattern: Monday - Thursday (part time, 4 days per week)

Office: Moorgate, London

Reporting to: CEO

RESPONSIBILITIES:

You'll lead our Client Services team day to day, ensuring exceptional work is delivered while continually identifying opportunities to grow existing clients, win new business and strengthen Tommy's position within ZEAL.

Working closely with the CEO, CDO and Finance Director you'll champion commercial thinking across the agency, build strong client relationships, support our teams to deliver outstanding work and ensure Tommy remains the social-first creative partner of choice across the ZEAL network.

You will be expected to:

  • Lead the day-to-day Client Services function, supporting the CS team and the wider team to deliver exceptional work and maintain consistently high standards
  • Own the commercial performance of Tommy's client portfolio, ensuring projects are profitable and growth opportunities are actively pursued
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as the escalation point for commercial conversations and complex client challenges
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow existing client partnerships and increase Tommy's share of client spend
  • Build strong relationships across the wider ZEAL group, identifying opportunities to introduce Tommy to new clients, strengthen collaboration and ensure Tommy remains front of mind
  • Support new business activity through pitches, proposals, capability development and commercial negotiations
  • Review and approve Statements of Work, scopes, budgets and payment terms, ensuring Tommy's commercial interests are protected
  • Work closely with Strategy, Creative and Production to shape ambitious, commercially successful creative solutions
  • Lead project forecasting alongside Finance, monitoring revenue, profitability and pipeline health across the Client Services function
  • Ensure projects are appropriately resourced, commercially managed and delivered to the highest creative standard
  • Support the wider Client Services team, helping develop commercial confidence and stronger client relationships
  • Confidently navigate challenging conversations with clients when required, protecting both relationships and Tommy's commercial position
  • Champion best practice across Client Services, continually improving ways of working, commercial rigour and overall client experience
  • Work collaboratively across Tommy and ZEAL, influencing stakeholders across multiple teams, disciplines and personalities to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
