About the Role

We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Technical Reporting team—an ideal opportunity for someone transitioning from practice to industry, offering hands-on exposure, meaningful ownership, and a place within a cohort of high-performing subject matter experts.
This role is central to delivering statutory accounts and managing audits globally, while providing technical accounting guidance and resolving complex issues collaboratively.

Responsibilities
Core Deliverables
- Own statutory accounts and audit projects across multiple global jurisdictions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Identify and address risks early through proactive measures, maintaining alignment throughout the reporting cycle.
- Review legal entity accounts year-round, enabling corrective actions when necessary.
- Manage auditor relationships as a trusted point of contact throughout audits.

Technical & Collaborative Work
- Prepare audit schedules and technical accounting papers, including support for revenue recognition reviews.
- Act as a liaison across internal teams (General Ledger, Tax, Treasury, and Internal Audit), harmonising audit and reporting needs.
- Ensure legal entity compliance, partnering with the Corporate Governance function.
- Plan and lead cross-functional meetings, meeting key project milestones.
Growth Initiatives
- Drive finance transformation projects, shaping improvement roadmaps.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and SOX requirements.
Requirements
Professional Qualifications
- Completion of a prestigious accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, ICAEW).
Technical & Soft Skills
- Top-tier accounting practice experience, grounded in interpretative and applied standards knowledge.
- Ability to stakeholder management, balancing influence, collaboration, and persuasion.
- Unwavering organisation and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
- Proactive mindset—ready to take ownership and drive measurable improvements.
- Capacity to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in complex global reporting frameworks.
