Job Description

The Group AI team owns Sky’s enterprise-wide AI ambition, strategy, and roadmap to deliver meaningful business value. The team works closely with senior stakeholders to embed AI into the fabric of how Sky operates, manages key external AI partnerships, and ensures alignment with Comcast and NBCU.

As AI Product Analyst, your work will be focused within Corporate Functions, supporting the definition of the AI ambition across Finance, Procurement, People and Spaces, Legal, and other enabling functions. You will support function leaders to identify AI opportunities, evaluate solutions, drive adoption from pilots through to scaled implementation, and tangible business impact.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape how AI transforms the way Sky operates, identifying practical use cases and turning emerging technologies into solutions that deliver measurable value across our corporate functions.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with Corporate Functions stakeholders to identify business challenges, map processes, and prioritize high-value AI opportunities through the facilitation of discovery workshops
  • Gather and translate business requirements, document user needs, and effectively manage backlogs in your functional area
  • Assess and recommend AI solutions, leading vendor evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and commercial assessments, ensuring capabilities align to business requirements
  • Design, deliver, and measure AI pilot programs, defining success criteria and evaluating business impact
  • Partner with technology teams on integration and roll-out of off-the-shelf solutions and the design and build of custom AI solutions where relevant
  • Drive adoption and change management, working with functional teams to embed AI solutions into ways of working
  • Monitor solution performance post-deployment and identify opportunities for optimization and expansion
  • Support portfolio tracking, governance processes, and reporting on progress and value realization

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
