Help shape the governance of one of the UK's fastest-growing specialist services groups.

PTSG is growing at pace.

Through continued investment, strategic acquisitions and ambitious expansion plans, we've become one of the UK's leading providers of specialist services. With every new business that joins the Group comes the opportunity to strengthen how we work, maintain the highest standards and ensure our governance evolves alongside our growth.

We're now looking for an experienced Group Assurance Manager to play a key role in that journey.

Working closely with our Group HSEQ Director, you'll take ownership of our Integrated Management System, lead our Group assurance and internal audit programme, oversee ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 governance, and help integrate newly acquired businesses into the PTSG way of working.

This is a highly visible Group role where you'll influence senior leaders across multiple businesses, helping to drive continual improvement while ensuring our systems remain practical, effective and fit for the future.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent Level 6 qualification)
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
  • A background in HSEQ assurance, governance or management systems within a complex, multi-site organisation
  • Experience leading ISO certification and internal audit programmes
  • The confidence to influence senior stakeholders and drive positive change
  • A full UK driving licence and flexibility for national travel

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
