Group Change Lead | Global Purpose-Led Organisation

We're partnering with an international purpose-led organisation that combines technology, innovation and community engagement to generate significant funding for charities and social impact initiatives around the world. The organisation is embarking on a major enterprise-wide transformation programme and is seeking an experienced Group Change Lead to help shape its future.
The Opportunity
This is a rare chance to lead change across a complex international organisation, partnering with senior stakeholders to embed new ways of working, drive adoption of transformational technology and build lasting organisational capability. You'll play a pivotal role in a high-profile programme that is as much about culture and behaviours as it is about systems and processes.

What We're Looking For
A proven Change leader with experience delivering large-scale technology, operating model and organisational transformations. You'll be commercially minded, skilled at stakeholder engagement, and passionate about helping people navigate change successfully.
Location:
📍 Edinburgh or Amsterdam
International remit with regular travel
