Base Salary
Up to £90,000/yr
Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced and highly operational Group Chief Operations Officer (COO) to join our senior leadership team on-site in London, Hammersmith. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will act as a strategic and executional partner, taking ownership of day-to-day operations across our global pharmacies.
You will be responsible for overseeing global operations across fulfilment, clinical services, customer experience and supply chain. Ensuring scalability, efficiency, and operational excellence as the business grows internationally. It's important for this position that you have had experience building efficient, scalable operational systems, Driving automation and AI adoption, Improving customer experience and retention and also ensuring seamless coordination across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Oversee end-to-end operations across fulfilment, warehouse management, logistics, clinical operations, and customer experience Process Optimisation & Automation: Design and implement scalable processes, leveraging automation and AI solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase operational output Warehouse & Fulfilment Management: Lead and optimise warehouse operations and fulfilment processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery across all markets Customer Experience & Retention: Drive improvements in customer journeys, retention strategies, and service quality across all touch points Global Team Leadership: Manage and align cross-functional teams across multiple regions, including clinical, operations, logistics, and customer experience Performance & Efficiency: Establish KPIs and performance frameworks to monitor and continuously improve operational effectiveness

Requirements
Must-Have Experience
Strong background in warehouse management and fulfilment operations Proven experience improving customer experience and retention Experience managing cross-functional teams across global operations Demonstrated success in building automated systems and implementing AI-driven efficiencies Minimum of 10 years senior operational leadership experience
Technical Skills
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) Exposure to automation tools and AI agents Strong understanding of operational systems and process optimisation
