Role Description
STC Group is looking for an organised and proactive Group Compliance Manager to help maintain high standards of compliance across the business and for our customers. This varied role will involve supporting operational compliance, health and safety, audits, training coordination and supplier management. In addition, the successful applicant will assist with Depot cover during holiday and sickness across the company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, good communication skills and a practical approach to ensuring policies, procedures and legal requirements are followed across multiple sites.

Duties
- Keep health and safety policies up to date and compliant with current legislation
- Conduct quarterly depot audits and produce clear, accurate reports
- Maintain and update health and safety depot schedules
- Arrange relevant health and safety training for responsible employees, including first aid and fire marshal courses
- Coordinate appointments with providers for health and safety requirements, including fire safety, lung function tests and electrical equipment testing
- Deliver periodic toolbox talks and Safe Systems of Work briefings
- Ensure customer SLA requirements are met
- Complete monthly audit checks on quality control procedures
- Conduct monthly depot stock checks against imprest and system figures
- Review and investigate anomalies in depot packs
- Liaise with suppliers on costs and contracts to help reduce overheads
- Provide depot cover for annual leave, sickness and absence
- Undertake any reasonable duties requested by the Company Directors

Hours
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Some Saturday work may be required depending on business needs.
