Your new company
An internationally recognised and highly acquisitive organisation is seeking a talented Consolidation Manager to join its Group Finance function. Operating across numerous jurisdictions and business units, the organisation offers a fast-paced, complex reporting environment with significant senior stakeholder exposure.
Your new role
This is a high-profile position with responsibility for leading the group consolidation process across a large, multi-entity structure. Working closely with senior finance leadership, you will ensure the delivery of accurate and timely consolidated financial information while driving continuous improvement across reporting processes.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Ownership of the monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidation process
- Preparation and review of consolidated financial statements under IFRS
- Supporting on IFRS18 readiness projects
- Management of intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation and complex consolidation adjustments
- Working with finance teams across multiple jurisdictions to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency
- Supporting year-end and interim reporting cycles
- Liaising with external auditors and providing technical accounting support
- Driving improvements in reporting controls, processes and systems
- Supporting finance transformation and reporting enhancement projects

What you'll need to succeed
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified accountant
- Strong experience in large-scale group consolidations within a multinational or listed business
- Deep understanding of IFRS and external reporting requirements
- Experience working with complex, multi-currency and multi-entity structures
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Consolidation systems experience (Cognos would be advantageous)
- Proactive approach with a focus on process improvement and continuous development
