Role Overview
Our client is looking for an exceptional Group Director of Finance to play a pivotal role in delivering their financial strategy and supporting the continued success of the College Group. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you'll provide strategic financial leadership across the organisation, ensuring financial sustainability, robust governance, and informed decision-making. This is a high-profile leadership role where you'll influence strategic direction while leading a broad portfolio.

Qualifications and Experience
- Qualified accountant (or part qualified with commitment to complete)
- Significant senior finance leadership experience, including:
- Financial strategy
- Long-term planning
- Treasury
- Cash flow
- Risk
- Governance
- An influential and collaborative leader
- Strong analytical, communication, and digital skills
- Ability to turn complex financial information into clear, strategic insight that supports effective decision-making
