Group & Events Sales Coordinator The Peninsula Group London
An exceptional opportunity to join our high-profile flagship hotel, The Peninsula London.
The Peninsula is seeking to hire an enthusiastic Group & Events Sales Coordinator. The role will support the Group & Events Sales team with all administrative tasks while enhancing the guest experience. The Coordinator will also assist in planning all internal Peninsula Events.

Key Accountabilities
The role requires:

Providing administrative support to the Group & Events Sales Team, managing day-to-day and internal correspondence

Handling document preparation, distribution and filing, including but not limited to:
- Client contract letters
- Amenity requests and VIP Cards
- Gift certificates
- Handover documents
- Formal notices, including BEOs (Banquet Event Orders)
- Daily events management
- Organising sales proposals, group resumes, and contracts

Participating in relevant meeting as required:
- Daily hotel and division briefings
- Monthly sales and marketing updates
- Group resume reviews
- Pre-conference meetings
- Client feedback sessions
- Daily/weekly BEO planning sessions
- Operational feedback reviews
- Credit and Payment Method (PM) meetings

General Requirements
Full-time job requiring: ✅ 1–2 years’ experience in planning, banquet, event services, or conference management (preferred) ✅ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues ✅ Fluent in written and spoken English
