So we take value in recruiting only the very best Group Exercise Coordinators to join our Club teams, to ensure all facilities are available to members at all times and are in excellent condition.

We are now looking for a Group Exercise Coordinator to join our Product team and elevate our world-class group exercise programme.

The Role

  • Support the execution and optimisation of a balanced, engaging and commercially strong group exercise timetable
  • Deliver your own classes with energy, creativity and unreasonable hospitality
  • Recruit, audition and onboard high-quality instructors, building a talented and motivated team
  • Coach and develop instructors, providing feedback and professional development opportunities
  • Coordinate workshops, masterclasses and themed events that increase participation and revenue
  • Maintain quality control by auditing sessions and ensuring consistently high standards
  • Ensure all classes are compliant with health & safety and statutory requirements
  • Monitor attendance, occupancy and performance metrics to drive improvement
  • Act as a visible ambassador on the gym floor, building strong member relationships
  • Minimise cancellations and ensure operational excellence across the programme
  • Collaborate with PT, Events and wider club teams to deliver a seamless member experience

  • Level 3 Personal Training and Group Exercise qualification
  • Proven experience running a successful group exercise timetable
  • A genuine passion for health, wellness and delivering world-class experiences
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse instructor team
  • Commercial awareness and confidence interpreting performance data
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
