We are now looking for a Group Exercise Coordinator to join our Product team and elevate our world-class group exercise programme.
The Role
- Support the execution and optimisation of a balanced, engaging and commercially strong group exercise timetable
- Deliver your own classes with energy, creativity and unreasonable hospitality
- Recruit, audition and onboard high-quality instructors, building a talented and motivated team
- Coach and develop instructors, providing feedback and professional development opportunities
- Coordinate workshops, masterclasses and themed events that increase participation and revenue
- Maintain quality control by auditing sessions and ensuring consistently high standards
- Ensure all classes are compliant with health & safety and statutory requirements
- Monitor attendance, occupancy and performance metrics to drive improvement
- Act as a visible ambassador on the gym floor, building strong member relationships
- Minimise cancellations and ensure operational excellence across the programme
- Collaborate with PT, Events and wider club teams to deliver a seamless member experience

- Level 3 Personal Training and Group Exercise qualification
- Proven experience running a successful group exercise timetable
- A genuine passion for health, wellness and delivering world-class experiences
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse instructor team
- Commercial awareness and confidence interpreting performance data
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
