Role: Group Exercise Instructor
Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group, David Lloyd Leisure, invites you to join our passionate team as a Group Exercise Instructor. Our employees are the driving force behind our mission, and we're seeking motivated individuals to lead dynamic and engaging sessions across our diverse range of fitness classes.
The Opportunity
At David Lloyd Clubs, we offer a rich timetable of engaging exercise classes, including popular favourites such as Yoga, Reformer Pilates, Dance, and Aqua, alongside our six exclusive Signature Classes:
- BLAZE – High-intensity strength, cardio & combat training
- SPIRIT – A fusion of yoga and Pilates, choreographed to music
- CYCLONE – Performance-focused indoor cycling
- RHYTHM – Music-fuelled indoor cycling
- IGN1TE – A choreographed, cardio-based workout
- BATTLEBOX – Full-body outdoor functional fitness

About You
To thrive as a Group Exercise Instructor, you must:
- Hold a Level 2 or 3 CIMSPA qualification
- Be self-employed with £2 million Public Liability Insurance
- Adapt seamlessly to all fitness levels and abilities
- Demonstrate a passionate commitment to health and fitness
- Inspire members to achieve their goals
- Possess excellent communication and engagement skills
- Be self-driven with a positive, customer-centric mindset
