We are building an exciting new training concept in London — a space dedicated to intelligent, technical, high performance coaching delivered in a motivating small group environment. Our philosophy is simple: world class coaching, progressive programming, and an elevated training experience that helps every member move, feel, and perform at their best.

Our coaches are the heartbeat of the concept. You’ll bring energy, precision, and deep technical knowledge to every session, creating an environment where members feel supported, challenged, and part of something special.

About The Role

We are looking for exceptional Strength & Conditioning Coaches with strong technical ability and a passion for delivering high quality group coaching. You’ll lead structured, progressive 12-week training cycles built around barbell work, cable systems, mobility, potentiation, accessories, and bodybuilding influenced strength development.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
