We Are Hiring: Group Finance Assistant
We are currently seeking a Group Finance Assistant to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a hands-on transactional finance role supporting accounts payable and receivable across the group's UK, US, and Swiss entities, with exposure to group-level and intercompany finance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices, ensuring correct coding, approval, and VAT/TVA treatment (UK VAT and Swiss TVA/MWST), and prepare and process payment runs.
- Reconcile supplier statements and maintain accurate accounts payable ledgers.
- Raise and issue sales invoices, including intercompany invoicing where required, and monitor and chase outstanding debt, allocate incoming payments, and reconcile customer accounts.
- Process business expenses submitted by employees across the UK, US, and Switzerland.
- Assist with intercompany reconciliations across UK, US, and Swiss entities, and support month-end close activities as required.
- Maintain accurate records and filing in line with group policies, and assist with ad hoc finance administration and projects.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a similar AR/AP or transactional finance role, gained in an in-house finance team
- Comfortable working with varying volumes of transactions and meeting deadlines
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Experience with accounting software (e.g. Xero) is an advantage but not essential - full training will be given
- AAT qualification (or working towards), or equivalent bookkeeping/accounting qualification, is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Good communication skills, comfortable liaising with colleagues across different countries and time zones
- Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritise a varied workload
- A positive, collaborative approach to teamwork
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-currency, multi-entity environment.
