Reed Finance is working on behalf of a growing multi-site care provider seeking a:
- Group Commercial & Finance Director to drive performance and support ambitious expansion plans.
This role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategy.
You will:

Take ownership of commercial and financial performance across a multi-site portfolio, ensuring financial discipline while working closely with operational teams to enhance results.

Play a central role in shaping long-term strategy, supporting expansion activity, and establishing scalable systems to underpin future growth.

This is a senior, high-impact role with Board exposure, combining:

Salary: Circa £90,000 with performance-related bonus and equity-based incentives. Position: Permanent, full-time Location: Teesside
Key Responsibilities
- Drive profitability, occupancy, and overall commercial performance.
- Lead finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
- Partner with operations to improve site-level results.
- Support acquisitions, due diligence, and integration.
- Deliver clear KPI reporting and business insight.
- Strengthen controls, governance, and reporting frameworks.
- Lead and develop central teams and senior stakeholders.

About You
- Senior leadership experience in the care sector (ideally in a multi-site environment).
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Proven track record improving performance and profitability.
- Confident operating at Board level.
- Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) desirable.
