Role: Finance Director
Salary: £150,000-£180,000 plus additional package
A PE-backed data centre business are looking to hire a Group FD to report into the CFO and manage a Group Reporting Manager and FP&A Manager. You will build out a professionalised finance function to support the business' growth.
The individual coming into this role must be strong on both the control and reporting side as well as commercial and strategic finance.
Key Areas of Focus
- Leadership and development of the Finance function overseeing the build out of FP&A, Financial Control & Reporting and Treasury & Cash Management
- Provide support around acquisitions and strategic partnerships
- Build a monthly, half-year and annual reporting framework to incorporate IFRS reporting and successfully deliver the first audit.
- Manage debt compliance within a project finance and SPV environment
- Build out and present Internal Board reporting and KPI metrics
- Produce modelling for future scenario planning to support strategic decisions
- Develop Budgeting, Forecasting & 5 year plan and monitor budget vs actuals
- Manage and track liquidity forecasting, Capex management and cashflow reporting
- Implement accounting policies for Revenue recognition, Leases and Financial Instruments
- Support Transactions and Capital Markets events
- Establish Treasury function and Debt Facility management
