Partner Financial is collaborating with a market-leading, private equity-backed global infrastructure services group headquartered in London. Operating at a significant global scale, the business is currently executing a transaction-led growth strategy, characterised by high-profile international acquisitions and the rolling out of its next-generation infrastructure platforms worldwide.
To support this expansion, the group finance function is seeking a technically strong, hands-on Group Financial Accountant to balance day-to-day group reporting with strategic growth projects. Alongside delivering high-quality financial reporting, statutory compliance, and critical year-end support, you will play a key role in vital integration and process optimisation initiatives across the wider group.

Key Responsibilities:
- Performing timely monthly Group consolidations and managing complex intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and adjustments.
- Preparing annual consolidated financial statements for the Group, as well as statutory accounts for international subsidiaries in compliance with relevant reporting standards.
- Driving process improvements and operational standardisation across both day-to-day finance workflows and integration activities to scale reporting capacity and increase efficiency.
- Supporting the integration of newly acquired entities and their financial structures into the Group’s core reporting systems and accounting policies.
- Collaborating with senior leadership to provide forward-looking financial analysis and data-driven insights that support strategic growth and regional expansion planning.
The Candidate:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Experience working within a Group finance function involving consolidations, intercompany processes, and audit preparation
- Exposure to acquisitions, integrations, or business transformation environments is highly desirable
- Hands-on approach with the ability to dive into detail while maintaining a clear understanding of the bigger picture
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels across the business
- Self-motivated, highly organised and able to manage competing priorities within tight deadlines
