You’ll join a high-performing Group Finance team (c.2-6 people) where you’ll learn fast, take ownership early, and be trusted to deliver.
What you’ll be doing
This is a hands-on, high-impact role across reporting, consolidation and commercial insight:
Group Reporting & Performance
- Own the monthly Group management accounts and Board pack
- Deliver clear insight on P&L, cash flow, working capital and performance trends
- Partner with stakeholders to improve reporting and decision-making
Group Consolidation
- Lead the Group consolidation process (Hyperion)
- Work closely with international finance teams to ensure data accuracy
- Support audit and continuously improve consolidation processes
Statutory & Technical Accounting
- Prepare Group and UK statutory accounts
- Lead on technical accounting and new standards
- Manage audit relationships and deliver high-quality outputs

Projects & Transformation
- Play a key role in ERP and reporting transformation
- Support shareholder and lender reporting
- Drive improvements in controls, processes and data integrity
Who we’re looking for
You’ll likely be:
- ACA qualified (or equivalent)
- Currently an Audit Manager / Assistant Manager (Big 4 / Top 10 preferred)
- Looking for your first move into industry
- Strong technically, but also curious about how businesses actually operate
And importantly, you are:
- Commercially curious – you want to understand the “why”, not just the numbers
- Comfortable in pace and ambiguity – PE-backed environments aren’t slow
- Collaborative and proactive – you build relationships across teams and markets
- Detail-oriented but pragmatic – you balance accuracy with delivery
- Exposure to group consolidation or international clients is helpful, but not essential.
