We help businesses operate more safely, responsibly and efficiently through specialist cleaning, waste and environmental services. A world leader with over 50 years’ experience empowering global businesses to keep their critical operations safer and cleaner. Across our international business, we support customers with critical operational needs while helping reduce environmental impact.

If you’re an Audit Manager (Big 4 / Top 10) wondering what’s next - this is your move.

And, we’re not just hiring someone to produce numbers. We’re looking for someone who wants to own the story behind them. This is a rare opportunity to move into a Group Finance role with real breadth, visibility and influence, working directly with senior leadership, shaping reporting, and gaining exposure to the mechanics of a fast-growing, private equity-backed international business.

Why this role stands out

  • True international exposure – work across 13+ European markets, plus Brazil, and Turkey
  • High-growth, PE-backed environment – growth >10% year-on-year with active M&A
  • Step beyond audit – from reviewing to owning consolidation, reporting and insight
  • Direct exposure to CFO and leadership team
  • Career acceleration – move into Financial Controller, Group roles or international market leadership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
